Taking Back My Health

So this winter I've been fairly miserable. Mental health has been a struggle with severe depression and severe anxiety, I've had a real issue with motivation this year and have gain weight because of it.  My husband has agreed to start the DASH diet guidelines with me, starting with the weightloss weeks.  We will be starting Sunday, March 18, 2018 and I will record our weights, starting photos, etc. I will also post what our diets include and/or exclude. I have the book, but the website has lots of great information.
